Roselodge House Short term accommodations and Bed & Breakfast

We are looking for professionals and students who are well-mannered, clean, disciplined and are able to pay the rent weekly or monthly.

Roselodge House is situated in Benwell; Initially built as a Church, now an impressive bed and breakfast and accommodation boasting 50 luxuriously furnished rooms, both large and small. Sympathetically restored to keep in line with modern requirements yet retaining much of the stunning Gothic architecture.

With a glowing reputation as the best value-for-money bed and breakfast and accommodation in Newcastle Upon Tyne . We are expanding fast, we welcome people from all walks of life. We currently have a combination of European immigrants, Students and professionals as residents and would like to add more to our house!

Room Rentals (Incs. Utility Bills; gas, electricity and heating, WIFI access and parking):
We have single rooms ( 100 pound per week) and double rooms ( 120-150 pound per week)
Each room is furnished with a wardrobe, a colour tv, coffee making facilities, dressing table, a single or double bed, wash basin, and bed linens.

Minimum stay policy
We only require you to stay for a minimum of 1 week to qualify for 75 pound per week for a single room and 120-150 pound per week for a double room. If you would like access to our shared kitchen and/or laundry room, we require you to stay for a minimum of 2 weeks.
