GENERAL INFORMATION
Rosebay House is situated on the outskirts of Eastbourne close to Hampden Park, a beautiful wildlife sanctuary.
I see clients from all over Sussex & Kent including Ashford, Battle, Bexhill, Brighton, Cranbrook, Crawley, Crowborough, East Grinstead, Edenbridge, Hailsham, Hastings, Haywards Heath, Hove, Lewes, Maidstone, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Polegate, Rye, Seaford, Sevenoaks, Tenterden, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Uckfield and Wadhurst.
The lovely therapy room has been individually designed with an electric lift couch, a high quality mp3 music player and all facilities. The surroundings are quiet, holistic and relaxing. I only see a limited number of clients each day so your visit is guaranteed to be relaxed, enjoyable and unhurried. I maintain very high standards of cleanliness & client care.
My unique style of Whole Body Californian Relaxation Massage with Swedish Massage, Advanced Massage and Reiki Healing, utilises long flowing transition strokes over the whole length of the body which results in a massage that is a whole body experience rather than a segmented routine. It incorporates organic aromatherapy oils, joint mobilisations, stretches, acupressure, body rocking, energy balancing & Reiki Healing to relieve stress, body / mind holding patterns and muscular aches & pain.
Reiki is provided through the medium of Massage. In this way the client obtains maximum benefit from the healing experience through a combination of Reiki, Californian Massage, Swedish Massage, Advanced Massage and organic Aromatherapy oils.
Because Californian massage utilises long flowing connecting strokes over the whole length of the body the client should feel at ease with being completely undressed.
