I hold an experience of ten years in language teaching which has not only enabled me to train students of diverse backgrounds at various proficiency levels but has also helped me in chalking out my areas of interests and specialization. I have previously worked with young children of primary and secondary level and enjoyed the experience very much. That is why I am interested in working with children for it is more creative and professionally more satisfying.
Another aspect of my career that I enjoyed most is training for English language teachers that I conducted for institutions at both regional and national level. My contribution as one of the Master Trainers to a recently conducted training workshop for 1000 English Language Teachers of a national network school in Pakistan is significantly mentionable for its far reaching impact at such a large scale.
Complementing my work experience is my MA ELT at the University of Warwick, UK that equips me with the core techniques of language teaching. Moreover, at Warwick my experience of studying Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) has given a knack to synthesise ICT and language leaning effectively.
In addition, I have personal qualities that would fit me harmoniously in your organization. I like interacting and counselling with students. By nature I am friendly and polite that helps my students work autonomously and comfortably in my class. Currently I am on three year study leave for an EdD in applied Linguistics at University of Warwick, therefore, I can work with a longer commitment.
